Delivery
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days. Every order is carefully personalised, packed, and dispatched by our family from our home, ensuring every gift receives the care and attention it deserves.
Returns
We want you to love your order. If your gift arrives with a fault or there's an issue with the personalisation, we'll make it right. We'll cover the return costs and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
Frequently asked questions
How does personalisation work?
Choose the personalised option, then type the name you'd like in the personalisation box before you check out. We embroider every name by hand at our home in Hampshire (keepsake boxes are engraved). On most products personalisation adds £5. Please double-check the spelling, as personalised items are made to order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day, and UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after that, by Royal Mail or Evri. Delivery is £2.99, or free on orders over £50.
When is the last order date for Christmas?
Order by 15 December for UK delivery before Christmas Day.
Can you send a gift straight to the recipient with a message?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add a gift message to your order. We'll print it on a card and include it in the parcel, so they know who it's from.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised items are made to order, so they can't be returned unless there's a fault or a problem with the personalisation. If that happens, we'll cover the return cost and send a replacement as quickly as possible. Items that aren't personalised can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging. Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom only.
