Choose the personalised option, then type the name you'd like in the personalisation box before you check out. We embroider every name by hand at our home in Hampshire (keepsake boxes are engraved). On most products personalisation adds £5. Please double-check the spelling, as personalised items are made to order.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day, and UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after that, by Royal Mail or Evri. Delivery is £2.99, or free on orders over £50.

Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add a gift message to your order. We'll print it on a card and include it in the parcel, so they know who it's from.

Personalised items are made to order, so they can't be returned unless there's a fault or a problem with the personalisation. If that happens, we'll cover the return cost and send a replacement as quickly as possible. Items that aren't personalised can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging.
